The Chosen Path
Each one of us has a life worth living, a dream worth dreaming and a mission worth achieving. I am pretty sure that all of us have missions. Missions that gives direction and meaning to ones' life. Whether it is for the benefit of others or plainly for the benefit of oneself or for the whole community. Sometimes our mission can be influenced by a lot of factors : parents, family, friends, boyfriend or girlfriend, relatives, classmates and a lot more. But sometimes they can be a hindrance to achieving ones' mission in life. But we should remember that hindrances is just part of life. If we think of it as a big boulder blocking our way to success and we're mentally fixed that we can't get pass through it then how can we achieve our mission if we are thinking like that. All we need is perseverance, because once we'll get pass through, it will allow us to improve our self as an individual.
As a college student, I am given the opportunity by my parents to improve myself. I came here to study outside form the watchful eye of my parents, train myself to be independent and to test how far I can handle myself when it comes to freedom, how disciplined i am when it comes to money-budgeting, time-frame adjustment, and also the ability to decide for myself. Although there are people whom i can ask for advice but still in the end it's up to me to decide. I need to prove to them that trusting me to take the path that I chose to take won't be a waste of their money, effort to send me to school and also time. So in return I made a mission, a goal, an objective, a promise whichever you may prefer, and that is to graduate college with flying colors. In order for me to achieve it. I need to double my effort, study hard to get good grades, submit given projects or requirements on time or ahead of it, be a responsible and productive student, and lastly is to aim for excellence. Since this is not enough to comprehend the good things my parents have done for me, I would still aim for excellence even in finding a job. A job where they would be my inspiration, for success.
In life one is not burdened to have a mission but it would be nice if you have one because it would be like a stepping stone to success. Whether for you or for some success is finding peace within you and the people around you or finding joy in everything you do. Success is just a "hardwork" away. As long as you always try your best to achieve your mission and you're always with Him in everything that you do, nothing would be impossible and everything would be possible.

God don't give us something that we can not handle. We just have to look into the positive part of life. Life is like a labyrinth it's full of hindrances but there are also hidden paths towards the end or to our goal. Take care and God bless
